The President’s Service Award is recognition for deeply committed volunteers and the impact they make. SCPS eighth-grader Shelby Bilyeu recently received the Gold President’s Service Award in Bryan County. Recipients of the Gold President’s Service Award in the young adult (ages 16-25) category have completed 250+ hours of community service. Shelby was presented with his award at J.F. Gregory Park by Richmond Hill City Councilmen Robbie Ward and Steve Scholar.
