SCPS has a new Master Calendar system. Our Master Calendar is the place for you to find information regarding school events, athletic practices, and games. By signing up for a free account, you will be able to:
- Filter the calendar to only show events that are important to you.
- Import events to your personal calendar like Outlook, Google, iCal, Yahoo and more.
- Receive email and text message notifications when events change.
- Get directions and maps to event locations

Follow the simple instructions below to set up an account:
- Click Sign In (located at the top right of the Tandem calendar)
- Click Sign Up
- Enter your email address, first and last name and answer the security question provided.
- You will receive an email with a link to activate your account (please check your junk mail folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.)
- Click on the Activate Account link provided in the email.
- When the Account Activation screen opens, you are only required to complete the fields that are in Bold text.
- Enter a password (there are no restrictions)
- Click the Activate button at the bottom of the page.
- Sign into the calendar with your email address and password.
Follow, Get Notifications, and Subscribe
- Once logged in, click Subscribe at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click Follow for all the groups you are interested in following. Once you follow an event, you will receive emails and texts when events are added, modified and/or canceled.
- If you would like the events to show up on your personal calendar, click the gray subscribe button. Follow the provided instructions to confirm your subscription.
