Due to the impending weather event of Hurricane Michael, Savannah Christian has canceled school and events for children and students of all ages for Thursday, October 11, 2018.

All daycare/preschool, after-school care, and activities will occur as scheduled.
All athletic practices will occur as scheduled.

School, including the daycare/preschool, is canceled. Afternoon activities are pending the weather and campus conditions.
Upper school after-school activities may occur tomorrow afternoon pending the weather and campus conditions.
We anticipate returning on Friday, resuming a normal schedule. In the event there is a negative impact on campus whereby we cannot have school on Friday, we will communicate with you through email and through automated phone calls and text.
Upper school students may pick up their homecoming shirts Friday in the front office.
The safety of our students and families remain our top priority. We pray for God’s protection over each of you as we move through the rest of this week.

We are continuing to monitor Hurricane Michael. We will keep you updated as to school operations throughout the day as we know more. Our hope is to have a decision regarding tomorrow’s school day by 2 pm this afternoon.
