The girls’ track team competed in the GHSA Class A Private School Area Meet. Summer Hendley qualified for State in the long and high jump. Diana Wickham, a freshman athlete, also qualified for State in the 400 meter dash. Our girls’ 4×100 meter relay team consisting of Kate Maner, Landon Jones, Diana Wickham, and Summer Hendley qualified as well. Friday, May 8, 2015, the girls competed at the State competition. Summer Hendley placed 1st in high jump, and placed second in long jump setting a new school record. Diana Wickham placed 6th overall in the 400 meter race and the relay team took 8th place overall in the 4×100 meter race! Great season ladies!
