This year’s spring musical will be Seussical. The show will be performed at the Lucas Theatre for the Arts February 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2020.

Audition Information:

Preliminary Auditions (NOT Mandatory – Just STRONGLY Recommended)

Date: Saturday, September 14th in the Eckburg Center

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Additional Information:

Each Student will NEED: One minute monologue & one minute of A cappella music to be performed individually for our judges.

Students will also be taught the audition dance & song that will be used for the main auditions.

Main Auditions

Date: Saturday, September 21st, 2019 in the Eckburg Center


Lower School Auditions:  9:00 a.m.

Middle School Auditions: 12:30 p.m.

Upper School Auditions: 4:00 p.m.

Each Student will NEED: Enthusiastic, Positive Attitudes, Energy and – SMILES!

Call Backs (for Main Cast Parts) will be held on Saturday, October 5th at various times to be announced.

Mandatory Parent Meeting for cast selected: Saturday, November 2nd at 9:00 a.m. at the beginning of the first rehearsal.

Audition Notes:

No parents or siblings will be permitted in the audition area during auditions.  Please have someone wait for your student outside or you can leave and return.  Auditions should last about 2 hours – depending on the number of students auditioning.  Your flexibility with this matter is appreciated.

A head shot will be taken at the audition.  You do not need to bring a photo to the audition.

You do not need previous stage experience to audition. Your talent and desire to be part of the production process will be enough.

Students will learn a brief dance and song at the audition.  Middle and High School students will be reading from portions of the show’s script that will be provided at the audition.

Come in comfortable clothes and sneakers ready to sing and dance. No Flip-flops, Crocs, etc.
