Savannah Christian Preparatory School is a member of the Council on Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA), which serves Christian schools in their pursuit of excellence. As part of membership, CESA conducts an institutional review evaluating leadership, management, academics, and programming.

Savannah Christian Preparatory School is accredited by SAIS,  Southern Association of Independent Schools. The mission of SAIS is to strengthen member schools by providing high-quality accreditation processes, comprehensive professional growth opportunities, and visionary leadership development programs. Accreditation is a voluntary process of self-evaluation and continuous improvement that reflects compliance with required standards/indicators, involves a self-study, and includes a peer review by educators from other schools. SAIS accreditation is designed specifically for independent schools. The process respects and recognizes each school’s story, culture, history, mission, and goals while still fulfilling stringent and focused compliance requirements.

Savannah Christian Preparatory School is accredited by Cognia (formerly named AdvancED).  Cognia offers accreditation and certification, assessment, professional services and consulting within a framework of continuous improvement. The result of the merger of AdvancED and Measured Progress, Cognia was formed to bridge the gap between school evaluation and student assessment. Cognia visits SCPS every five years to assimilate, evaluate, interview and report how our school is educating the students and following guidelines to maintain our accreditation.
