Welcome to Savannah Christian Prep

Dr. Chris Harmon

In July Savannah Christian Preparatory School welcomed Dr. Chris Harmon as the new Headmaster at SCPS after a comprehensive national search for our permanent Headmaster.  Dr. Harmon most recently served as Headmaster at Legacy Christian School in Frisco, Texas.   We are very pleased to welcome him to SCPS!

Dr. Harmon is joined in his move to Savannah by his wife, Melanie and their children Chris Jr. and Hannah who are a rising senior and sophomore respectively.  Together, this family has moved into the headmaster’s home over the summer.  Chris and Hannah have quickly found ways to get involved in their new school by joining the football and softball teams.  Mrs. Harmon has quickly made their new house a home after extensive renovations were made to the interior of the house.  She is working with Mr. Harmon to plan special events throughout the back to school season and fall to welcome students, employees and families to their home.

Get to know Dr. Harmon better by following him on Twitter @SCPSHarmon.
